Using concrete expression techniques and wood coloring methods, this work depicts a group of modern women of different ethnicities and cultural backgrounds who have come to the big city and hold different jobs. Having become part of this society, they are enjoying the freedom and fresh air of the modern world and have become a beautiful view on the city streets. The carved figures are of different build, wear different uniforms, and their faces have been simplified to stress the status as a collective symbol, hence generating more general symbolic meaning. It exhibits and praises the new age women, who are independent, open and confident.
