European-Chinese Photographic Art Yearbook 2022-2023 ( See Preview )

Simon Hill HonFRPS, RPS President and Yearbook Editor Suzanna Mu  at ICCI Exhibition

We are pleased announce the launch of the European – Chinese Photography Art Yearbook 2022-2023  which is now available for distribution. You can find out more about this unique and important Yearbook  HERE

This is the first European-focused volume of the well-established Chinese Photographic Art Yearbook, and brings together almost 300 images from more than 150 photographers from around the world. It aims to bring together their various perceptions on the world around them, with a focus on European and Chinese perspectives.

The intention of this Yearbook is to show the variety of views through the lenses of these outstanding photographers, and to show they’re unique visions from their different cultural perspectives. The yearbook creates a platform for dialogue between Eastern and Western photographers and helps build a foundation for cultural exchanges between the people of these different regions.

It aims to promote the world’s photographic culture to create a new dialogue and develop the exchange of ideas across space and time. Western and Eastern perspectives are both represented, providing an effective platform for cultural exchange between the two regions. At the same time, it showcases the charm of visual art, shares the beauty of capturing moments, and its many images resonate with the audience.

The whole design of the book is wonderful: pages filled with suitably matching images, appropriately sized and presented beautifully. An amazingly good production.Since the book was launched the feedback has been incredible: we have received a wide variety and range of opinions from different people and cultures, who all express their appreciation of the variety and quality of the many stunning images.

To my delight, The European – Chinese Photographic Art Yearbook 2022-2023 has been collected in to the Royal Collection Trust by the Royal libray at the Windsor Castle. His Majesties The King looked through the volume of  “European- Chinese Photographic yearbook 2022-2023″ with great interest,  and asked Dr Stella Panayotova to write a letter to the Chief Editor Ms. Suzanna Mu.  It an incredible gift.

Here are some comments I have received on the Yearbook:

“Some stunning images. Would be great to see it celebrated more widely across the RPS”  – Simon Hill HonFRPS, RPS President

“This is just a quick note to let you know how much I enjoyed your European-Chinese Photographic Art yearbook. This beautiful book is definitely good value for money.

The images are varied, of a good standard and nicely presented and the pages have a nice feel to them. This all adds up to a quality book at a reasonable price.”  – Julian Rouse ARPS

“Wow!  What a magnificent publication. You must be very proud and pleased with it.”   –  John Kelly ARPS
